• Onboarding 5 out of 10 sales on a daily basis

• Tracking active salons on a daily basis. Active salons are those who are doing minimum 3 entries on a daily basis in the software

• Managing relationship with new onboarded salons on a daily basis

• Track daily entry by onboarded active salons.

• Ensure minimum 3 entries from each onboarded salons on a daily basis

• Reviewing sales performance with your peer once in 15 days

• Managing Daily reports of Visits/Onboarded/Active Salons

• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

• Exploring new sales opportunities through cold callings or network building
