Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesman to join our team in Kuwait. The Salesman will be responsible for promoting and selling company products, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Actively engage in sales activities to promote and sell company products to potential customers.

Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales closing skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and MS Office suite.

Drive and Initiative: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Residency: Valid residency or work permit in Kuwait.
