Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues

- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones

- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and technical information

- Process sales orders and coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery

-Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales role preferred
