Job description:

1. To train resource for his Sale Team and assigned territory/area. In addition he is responsible for identifying development areas for the Sales Executive. Also responsible for spending time with the team member and educating them on processes and Company Policies

2. To guide & work closely with the sales team to initiate, plan and oversee implementation of plans to drive volume growth.

3. Responsible for attending and following all the prospects received on daily basis through Sales Agent’s Visit Reports and closing the same within the time and need to update the prospect status on daily basis to the Management

4. To set Sales Executives/Agents wise monthly volume target

5. Planning and to ensure the achievement of Monthly volume target

6. Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone to maintain rapport to generate references, Making appointments with and meeting new customers

Essential Skills:

1. Should have experience of handling team of minimum 10 or more sales executive or sales associate.

2. Strong Leadership skills and exceptional maturity levels.

3. Strong analytical / conceptual skills,

4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills

5. Strong influencing and communication skills, the ability to deal with rejection

6. Good knowledge of MS excel, Email writing And Communication.
