• Manage a team of telemarketing executive and ensuring that they achieve targets by generating leads from factsheet, generate appointments and will be responsible for closures at retail & project sales. Monitoring overall Quality of leads, Database Management, MIS / Report / presentation preparation Co-ordination with sales teams for appointments & database.

• Training teams on products & processes.

• Working in collaboration with the marketing (for lead generation) / sales team to assist them in achieving their budgets.

• Overall team management and floor operations.

• Prepare Monthly MIS & Presentation.

• Prepare presentations for the monthly reviews.
