Sales Operation Lead:
Managing and executing promotional campaigns
Ensuring efficient customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or escalations
Working closely with demand planning and inventory vertical in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales performance by the team, new product sell-through and offer code performance
Develop and integrate the organization's e-commerce marketing strategy
Work with the development team/agency to continuously improve the website's user/shopping experience
Work closely with the CRO expert to implement better ways to boost the conversion rate
Evaluate the effectiveness of every marketing channel and activity on revenue
Experiment with and introduce newer marketing channels and tools to connect with the target audience
Combine the best of sales, marketing, and technology to deliver a superior customer experience
Identifying and achieving new business opportunity from the corporate segments
New business sales process from initial prospecting to contract negotiation
Identify and present new technologies options to clients Devise acquisition strategies through effective and visible account planning
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and ensure sales activity records are reported and maintained
Ensure contractual paperwork for contracts within the portfolio is up to date
Conduct and present monthly sales review
*This is a field work job and include extensive travel in different states of Bengal and out of travel TA and accomodation charges will be provided extra.
