Job Role: Sales Associate
About Us:
TuitionBud is an initiative of House Of Brilliance Ventures, an IIM Udaipur incubated start-up by IIT and IIM graduates that aims to empower private tutors and learners by providing a platform for online live teaching accompanied by learning management tools. Our vision is to completely digitize classroom teaching and enable teachers & students to connect remotely and have access to high-quality education in a cost-effective manner.
The co-founders belong to reputed institutes like IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta with experience in geographies outside India.
Responsibilities of Inside Sales Executive:
• Generate leads and drive conversions through phone calls and sales pitch.
• Understanding the product and staying updated with the product development
• Maintain customer relationship and provide suggestions through customer feedback
• Understanding sales data and consumer behaviour and provide relevant marketing strategies
• Coordinate with the internal team (mentors, operations, product) if needed, to drive the conversion
What are we looking for:
• Work Experience preferred, not mandatory
• Should be tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills- Bengali
• Proactive and willingness to take responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with the mentor and Internal team
• Proactive and responsible to report and sort out any problems faced
