Job Description

The Sales Lead is a person who is managing a team of Inside Sales, Counselors, Digital Marketing Team and able to generate Leads via different type of activities, distribute the same among the team and help them, train the team to effectively call each leads and qualify them to fit into our business system. Do webinars, counseling on one to one basis and close the sale, ensure each of the team members achieve their target on month to month basis and everyone must be a contributor to the system, Provide adequate guidance and support the team by displaying the leadership role and extending help through actions.
