KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for prospecting of potential customers.
Responsible for acquisition of new customers.
Responsible for service presentation to customers by visit or sending company profile and other marketing materials to various customers.
Responsible for effective customer communication.
Responsible for service pricing negotiations with customer with verification and approval from CEO.
Responsible for customer relationship management.
Responsible for fulfilling of customer queries.
Responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints.
Responsible for customer feedbacks.
Keep tab on customer requirements.
Ensure efficient and detailed review of customer’s requirements to ensure effective product delivery.
Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards & Policies.
Ensure effective service delivery to customer by coordinating with various departments.
Hold meetings with customers for better relationship management with the customers.
Maintain MOM for the customer’s meetings.
Keep a log of any customer communication for future reference.
To maintain effective communication within the department for a streamline flow of work, processes & activities.
Responsible for verification of daily report, monthly report, annual report & MIS [& all the records of the division]
To comply with the management requirements and critical aspects of deadlines.
Any other task as assigned by Management as and when required.
