We are looking for Sales Head for our Company.

Age should be 35 to 50
Annual CTC Upto 12 Lakhs
• Managing the sales or development of the properties.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Managing resources and staff, developing and attaining the sales goals, and growing the location's revenues.
• The Real Estate Branch Manager is responsible for managing the entire development process including feasibility analysis, acquisition, deal structuring etc
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
