Job Requirements
1. Qualification: Engineering Graduate Preferred with MBA – Sales and Marketing
2. Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years in Sales and Marketing
3. Technical Skills:
1) Adequate knowledge of all mechanical measuring instruments. 2) Quality control and quality assurance
3) Knowledge SAP & ERP system 4) Analysis of internal & external customer complaints 5) Handle vendor
problem. 6) Knowing how to deal with problems and work knowledge to find out root cause.
4. Behavioral Skills: 1) Proven work experience as heading the sales department. 2) Experience of managing
high performance sales team. 3) Customer Service attitude with excellent negotiation skills. 4) Ability to
understand and analyze sales performance matrix. 4) Analytic skill with problem solving attitude. 5) Ability
to travel as and when required. 6) Strong communication and team management skill.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
5. Monitor and analyze performance matrix and suggest improvements
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast and the sales reports.
7. Perform, research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
