Roles and Responsibilities

• The Sales Manager is a single point of contact for the department and is responsible to coordinate and monitor staff and other activities, assigning weekly/monthly targets and fulfillment of task completion from the given team members, daily reporting of important quotations, and follow-up status sharing to the managing director/management.

• Complete ownership of the sales target, strategy and eventually generating revenue for the organization. In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual sales targets for the department.

• Can handle up to 15-20 sales team to regularly follow-up for quotation preparations, sales and reporting.

• Build and maintain good working relationships with internal team & line managers, dealer and owners to generate business provide necessary advice and support to these.

• Monitor the performance of sales employees and provide the necessary guidance to improve efficiency.

• Work on to complete/achieve team target and their individual target as well.

• Should be able to guide and drive the team to achieve sales targets and SLA's.

• Solid experience in people management: Have handled teams at all levels.

• Conducting monthly performance reviews.

• Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.

• Conduct training sessions in order to develop team member’s skills and knowledge to improve sales performance.

• Motivate and support sales teams to achieve set goals/targets.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Any graduate with excellent Team Management, Target Driven skills at all levels.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager/Sales Head.

Good communication, presentation, Judgment and decision-making skills.

You must be a team player with quality orientation, integrity, openness and learning ability.
