Assist in ensuring effective implementation and monitoring mechanism to ensure achievement of the Sales plans and strategies by developing distribution and retailer network for North & North West Indian states, exports development.

Supervises:

Sales and marketing team Distribution network

Public relations & communication Digital Marketing

Social Media department

Other Relationships:

- Accounts Department

- Human resources

- Factory Manager

• To have thorough knowledge and experience to develop sales network, marketing strategies and distribution network.

• Must be well versed with digital media & advertising for FMCG related products.

• Good computer literacy and strong hold of financial planning and sales budgeting.

• In depth spice industry knowledge including demographics and know how of business.

• Must have in general knowledge of FMCG industry.

• ATL & BTL sales & marketing plans

• Distribution networking

• Observes sales & marketing team’s performance, work quality, punctuality.

• Motivate the team to achieve and exceed budgets

• Ensure that staff are equipped with the proper knowledge of sales related to spice industry (FMCG) business in order for them to work efficiently

-Drive top line growth in domestic as well as export market and prepare innovative plans to achieve higher value realization

1. Develop sales plans , strategies and policies with a view to gain/sustain market share and profitability.

2. Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanism to ensure achievement of the Sales plans and strategies.

3. Formulate policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers,
