Your Responsibilities
Primary Role - You will be responsible for managing Papergrid sales in the assigned state and become the number 1 notebook brand there. You will have end to end ownership (sales, demand generation, manpower, collection, capture of market insights and strategy execution) while adhering to company policies.
1. Appoint channel partners . distributors and super stockists for the allocated state
2. Parallel to appointing distributors and super stockists, you need to manage and recruit frontline sales people (Area Executives) to develop the market
3. Manage all channel partners & team and handle all their issues to ensure smooth business
4. Develop and execute strategies to become the market leader in an extremely competitive and challenging industry
