• Leadership Skills-A sales manager leads a team and is responsible for keeping the team members motivated and developing their skills.

• Customer Service Skills-Strong customer service skills can help them understand various concerns, negotiate conflicts, and enhance customer belief.

• Product knowledge -Understanding the features of your product can help you develop sales strategies, allow you to set more accurate sales goals and answer questions your customers or team members may ask.

• Customer knowledge -Sales managers that know what interests their customers can help their team develop individualized sales techniques for their target audiences and may increase overall sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Primary role of leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals and monitoring performance as a whole. Provide leadership over the sales department.

• Head is Developing and implementing sales strategies for guidance to the sales team & Make sure that the sales target of the company is met every year.

• Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
