Job Description :
As the Sales Head at Swapna Weddings, you will lead and drive the sales team to achieve revenue goals, foster client relationships, and elevate the overall sales performance of the showroom. We are seeking an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in the retail fashion industry, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet individual and collective sales goals.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, high-profile customers, and industry influencers to enhance the showroom's reputation and drive business growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a senior sales leadership role within the retail fashion industry.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, bridal wear, and formal wear markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
