Salary: 8LPA-14LPA (Negotiable according to candidates experience and knowledge)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional/ Area Sales Manager/ ISM to generate our sales, promoting and distributing our juice products across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Achieve sales goals individual.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing in the juice manufacturing industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel extensively across India
Preferred Qualifications:
Any graduate or related field
Experience in managing sales in a Pan India location
Knowledge of the juice manufacturing industry and market trends
