Key Responsibilities:*
1. Campaign Management:
- Oversee the design, content, and execution of advertising campaigns to ensure they meet the target audience's needs and company goals.
- Collaborate with clients or leadership to determine project objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
2. Marketing Oversight:
- Manage all marketing campaigns for the company or department, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Brainstorm and develop new campaign ideas, working closely with the sales team and other departments.
3. Business Development:
- Drive business development efforts for the organization, including pitching for new projects and expanding market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, as well as vendors.
4. Vendor Management:
- Cultivate relationships with existing vendors and identify new vendors across Assam and the Northeast.
- Oversee the booking, maintenance, and expansion of outdoor advertising properties.
5. Project Supervision:
- Direct and supervise advertising activities and staff, ensuring creative and consistent brand-specific campaigns.
- Set project goals, monitor progress, and evaluate the impact of campaigns.
6. Administrative Duties:
- Manage the complete responsibility of owned OOH properties from booking to maintenance.
- Oversee new property expansion and handle GMC-related tasks.
- Follow up on payments and ensure financial tasks are completed efficiently.
