Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales team in the real estate sector. This role involves developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

• Performance Metrics: Establish sales goals and KPIs, monitor team performance, and implement strategies for improvement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, project management, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and project delivery.

• Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client expectations.

• Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

• Any graduate/post graduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• 7-10 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of leadership and revenue generation.

• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer needs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales.

• Strong network within the industry.

• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions
