Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's goals to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Gujarat and Rajasthan regions. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Establish sales objectives and create a sales plan for the region, including forecasting and budgeting. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new customer opportunities.
