1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
4. Lead the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales targets.
5. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and innovative sales strategies.
9. Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive creativity and innovation.
11. Internal communication important. Need to know how to communicate between different employees and clients
12. Meeting clients, understanding their requirement, getting work orders and execution of the job
13. Design and concept approval from the clients and communicating with design team
14. Communication and coordination with vendors, rate verification
15. Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
16. Manage the branding and event-management activities for the company, including planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives
17. Should have knowledge of the post to be updated on social media which belongs to Government protocol.
18. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
19. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
