Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the assigned division

(Land or Channel Partner Sales).

 Manage and lead a high-performing sales team to ensure operational efficiency and consistent results.

 Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies

accordingly.

 Drive the achievement of sales targets for the assigned branches in Trivandrum and Cochin.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that enhance lead generation and

conversion.

 Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
