Sales Field Coach

Looking for candidates to be a field coach to train the frontline sales team (Sales Officers / Business Development Executives) of a B2B FMCG Organisation with pan India presence.

Qualification/Competency/Experience:

Academic Qualification: Graduation or equivalent

Experience:Min 3-4 Years Exp in an FMCG Organisation in field level, preferably exposure to B2B sector

Forte:

a) Strong communication skills (English and Vernacular)

b) Self motivated and ability to work unsupervised.

c) High energy level to work in field along with the trainees

Technical Skill Set: Good knowledge of FMCG Trade Marketing and Distribution

Employment Type: Initially on a 3 month contract and then subsequently full time

Work Location:Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad.
