Position Overview:
The Employee would be primarily working in all the marketing, sales and business development activities to build a high demand of our product.
Responsibilities
To maximize market presence of Visionary Life Sciences Pvt Ltd by reaching out to doctors, pathology labs, Diagnostic centers and Radiology in a defined territory
To work based on strict target guidelines
To build and achieve sales pipeline for a month
To maintain good relationship with doctors, labs and hospitals in a given area
Meet face to face with targeted customers and convince them for tie up with Visionary Life Sciences Pvt Ltd
Follow discussed schedule and execute accordingly.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and resolve with guided approach.
Follow regular reporting to manager.
Document processes where required.
Follow all company's and department's field procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
Prior Experience in sales both on field and inside sales.
Masters/ Graduates.
Preferably with additional IT qualifications and medical field would be added advantage.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
English literacy and good communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing work schedules.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
