Job Description

Organizing Sales Visits.

- Demonstrating & presenting products.

- Establishing new businesses.

- Maintaining accurate records.

- Attending trade exhibitions, Conferences & Meetings.

- Reviewing Sales Performances.

- Negotiating Contracts & Packages with prospective clients.

- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual Targets.

- Keeping management informed by submitting activity & result reports, such as daily call report, weekly work plan, annual & monthly territory analysis as well as purchase actions.

- Resolving Complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports & making recommendations to management.

- Monitoring competitions by gathering current market place information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.

- Generating Leads.

- Meeting or exceeding Sales Goals.

- Helping determine pricing schedules for Quotes, Promotions & Negotiations.

- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

- Obtaining deposits & balance of payments from clients.

- Preparing & submitting sales contracts for orders.

- Maintaining Client Database.

- Answering client questions about Creditors, Products Price & availability.

MARKETING JOB DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES:-

- Designing & Developing Marketing Programs.

- Conducting Market Research.

- Liaise and correspond with outside Vendors & Suppliers.

- Drafting Press & Media Releases.

- Liaise with public relations & media contacts.

- Executing Direct & Online Marketing campaigns & participates in marketing events.

- Updating Company Website & Social Media Tools.

- Overseeing loyalty & Reward Programs.

- Monitoring Competitive activity & marketing trends.

- Monitoring & assessing customers Feedback.

- Maintaining customer information via marketing database & CRM System.

- Collecting, Analyzing, Tracking, Coordinating & Assembling Sales Data to prepare Marketing Report.

- Ensuring marketing activities comply with State & Federal Regulati
