Required Skills:
1. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
2. Promote sales of properties.
3. Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
4. Co-ordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
5. Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyer’s needs and financial resources.
6. Accompany buyers during site visits and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
7. Advise to clients about residential properties and explain their features.
8. Investigate client’s financial and credit status in order to determine eligibility for financing.
9. Assist the client’s for home loan, if necessary.
10. Visit properties and assess them before showing it to clients
11. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
12. Responsible for service completion. Minimum 20% of payment from the customer or specific service completion criterion for the particular project.
