We are looking for immediate joiner for the position of Customer Support Executive.
Responsibilities:
• Identify strong potential prospects, to generate lead opportunities.
• Engaging and interact information to potential customers.
• Create a good connection with your client with your skills and crack a deal.
• Follow up on company-generated leads and obtain new leads through referrals.
• Support our top clients and be a key player in guiding potential clients in making confident.
• purchasing decisions by demonstrating the attributes of the company's products or services.
• You will be directly involved in discussions with the end client globally.
• Run International Business Development campaigns for business development.
• Manage the Sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
• Build trust with our clients by responding to inquiries, developing accounts, and generating quotes.
• Set up and maintain accurate customer and prospect profiles and records in our sales database.
• Handle Inbound and Outbound calling for customer service.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive Communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer profiles.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
