Responsibilities:
Identify strong potential prospects, to generate lead opportunities.
Engaging and interact information to potential customers.
Create a good connection with your client with your skills and crack a deal.
Follow up on company-generated leads and obtain new leads through referrals.
Support our top clients and be a key player in guiding potential clients in making confident.
purchasing decisions by demonstrating the attributes of the company's products or services.
You will be directly involved in discussions with the end client globally.
Run International Business Development campaigns for business development.
Manage the Sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
Build trust with our clients by responding to inquiries, developing accounts, and generating quotes.
Set up and maintain accurate customer and prospect profiles and records in our sales database.
Handle Inbound and Outbound calling for customer service.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive Communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
Keep records of customer interactions and process customer profiles.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Spoken English (Preferred)
Must have basic computer knowledge
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
