Roles and Responsibilities
Suspects, prospects and generates new sales leads from Schools, Colleges, Institutes, Universities and other education centers for IT hardware and networking products including, but not limited to: servers, firewalls, routers, switches, laptop, computer, printers and accessories, video conference, audio conference, audio systems, displays, signage TV, video walls, projectors, interactive displays, security cameras, bio-metric machines, office supplies, IT software, and many others
Responsible for an end to end sales process which involves; lead generation, cold calling, meeting clients, prospecting, customer on boarding and finally overseeing excellent after sales services.
Generating qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/ market. Implementing lead generation strategies.
Execute the B2B and B2C sales strategy, heading the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, to meet the sales targets for the designated portfolio.
Meet prospective client, execute effective service demonstrations, emphasizing service features and benefits with focus on the value of service.
Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
Explore and target new business leads and opportunities in hardware domain (Education Segment).
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Adept at business communication, prospecting, client engagement, sales presentations and sales demos, social media and social selling.
Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
