Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Suspects, prospects and generates new sales leads from Schools, Colleges, Institutes, Universities and other education centers for IT hardware and networking products including, but not limited to: servers, firewalls, routers, switches, laptop, computer, printers and accessories, video conference, audio conference, audio systems, displays, signage TV, video walls, projectors, interactive displays, security cameras, bio-metric machines, office supplies, IT software, and many others

• Responsible for an end to end sales process which involves; lead generation, cold calling, meeting clients, prospecting, customer on boarding and finally overseeing excellent after sales services.

• Generating qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/ market. Implementing lead generation strategies.

• Execute the B2B and B2C sales strategy, heading the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, to meet the sales targets for the designated portfolio.

• Meet prospective client, execute effective service demonstrations, emphasizing service features and benefits with focus on the value of service.

• Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase.

• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

• Explore and target new business leads and opportunities in hardware domain (Education Segment).

• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

• Adept at business communication, prospecting, client engagement, sales presentations and sales demos, social media and social selling.

• Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications

• Generating sales funnel for various services/ products offered by the company us
