Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation methods

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Proven sales experience is preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools

Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
