Job description

Client relationship management

Convince/encourage clients for site visit

Actively pursue leads and convert them to site-visit.

Analyse client requirements and assist them with their quires and clarifications.

Convey through description of the project to the client.

Conduct client site visit and drive closure.

Telecalling

Desired Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate Sales

Excellent customer service skills.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Good inter-personal and relationship building skills.

Language preferred We are looking for English, Hindi and Marathi.

Available to work on weekends. (Week off on Monday)
