Job Description

Call the clients and make them aware about the site. Give them all the necessary information about the project.

Call clients to visit and re-visit the site

Maintain records and follow up the clients.

Analyzing clients needs and financial ability to recommend the right product

Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property

Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals

Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals

Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received

Increase the networking by interacting with other clients on floor.

Making sure that the site visits are carried out properly

Handle customer queries and complaints

Planning sourcing strategies for launch activation in various markets.
