Job Description

* Identify Prospective Customers, lead generation and conversion.

* Generating Sales orders from existing & new clients to sell company's products as per their requirement.

* Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer concern.

* Should be able to explain & sell Company's organic agri-products.

* To handle the customer's query and providing a suitable solution.

* Should have strong agronomy knowledge.

* Continuous Lead Generation and prospect identification.

* Marketing Activities related to Product Branding.

* To Conduct market development activities like farmer meeting, field trials etc.

* Address customer issues and Ensure customer satisfaction.

* Agriculture related Background added more advantage, otherwise whosoever willing to sell the product is welcome.

* Perform Cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing potential customers to meet their needs.

* Must maintain good relationship with customers ( Farmers)

should possess strong Customer acquisition approach.
