Position Summary

Candidate should be able to handle inbound/outbound calls/emails, identify customer insurance need and pitch customer with appropriate product. Passionate and ready to meet or exceed SLA’s.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Good Communication & comprehensive skills

• Ability to write, speak and understand English & Hindi

• Ability to write, speak and understand regional language (as per requirement)

• Identify customers’ insurance need, clarify information and pitch appropriate product

• Adherence to all the SLAs

• Targets are met for Quality, shrinkages, log in hours, shift adherence, leaves & Sales

Education & Experience

• Graduates or Under Graduates

• 0-2 Years of Experience preferably sales

• Should have blended experience of Voice and Non-Voice preferably from the insurance industry
