Sales Executive- Quotations Chemical Background

Job Description

Giving quotations for laboratory products in SAP / Word /Excel with speed and accuracy.

1) Knowledge of different laboratory products used in labs & scientific industry.

2) Understanding the requirements of user in the email enquiries.

Eg: source of enquiry, type of customer & products required, outstanding payment status etc.

3) Giving quotations for products in different formats as required. Eg: SAP / Word / Excel / Email

4) Handling large number of email inquiries (30+ mails/day)

5) Keeping Follow up of Quotations given.

6) Converting maximum number of quotations given into orders.

Increased conversion ratio of enquiries to orders.

Develop and maintain high level of communication with customer regarding status of RFQ

Study Product Brands, Costs, Discounts etc. to deliver consistent and timely customer quotations.

Work on process of online or offline tenders, e-bids, Gem, Indimart etc.

Work passionately to help company achieve its targets.
