Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Explain the Projects and Allied Information to Drive the Potential Customers for Visiting the Project Site.

· Provide Size, Pricing Details of the Apartments

· Handle Customer Questions.

· Obtain Customer Information Including Names, Phone Number, Email Id, Current Residence Addresses and Work Location.

· Record Customer Details in a Crm System.

· Conduct Customer and Marketing Surveys.

· Answer Telephone Calls from Potential Customers Who are Responding to Advertisements.

· Contact Customers to Follow Up On Initial Interaction.
