Responsibilities and Duties
Handling inbound queries and Walk-ins
Distributing product information to prospective buyers
Analyzing clients needs and financial ability to recommend the right product
Arranging and coordinating with prospective clients for site visits
Explaining USPs and strength of our product versus competition
Taking follow-ups of clients post visit
Providing after sales support to converted clients
Handling promotional activities and outdoor events on behalf of the company
Updating daily sales report & presenting monthly reports to management
Handling channel partners and marketing our product to their clients

Required Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Sales or other relevant field
Minimum 2 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, with experience in the real estate industry
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
Proven ability to work independently
A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
Should be computer literate and comfortable with working on MS office/Google suite
