OVERVIEW
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and increasing sales in an
assigned territory in National Capital Region. The focus will be mainly large and mediums
sized hospitals, medical schools/universities, and public institutions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling Clinical Effectiveness (CE) solution to Institutional customers such as
Hospitals, Medical Colleges, and Academic Institutions - both private and
public(state).
Market combing and identifying market potential to create a robust pipeline to
achieve new business quota on a consistent basis.
Proper account mapping of prospects- understand requirements, pains of the
customer to position CE products.
Presenting the CE products including UpToDate and Lexicomp value proposition to
end users, key decision makers and senior hospital executives- both private and
public(state)
Organize and conduct CE product demonstration to the relevant stakeholders of
prospects. Collect demo feedbacks from the relevant users to augment sales
progression in accounts.
Make accurate price calculations and provide customers with quotations.
Gather market information on competitor product launches, prices, and key accounts.
Working in tandem with CSS team member for proper hand over of customer, drive
optimum usage of CE products in the accounts and identify coaches from each
account.
Clear understanding of organizations Pipeline creation, Forecast management and
revenue targets in SFDC.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
3-5+ years of proven experience healthcare Industry, preferably in Medical
devices/equipment or Specialty Pharma.
Comfortable establishing contact and selling to all levels in the organizations
including physicians, medical librarians, and executives. Able to build rapport with
people at any level and develop long term relationships
A Sales hunter mentality pro-active mindset and willingness to learn.
