Job Description

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers

• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential customers

• Create and deliver presentations and proposals to prospects

• Negotiate contracts and pricing

• Track and monitor customer orders and ensure timely delivery

• Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports

• Monitor customer feedback and respond appropriately

• Stay up to date with industry changes and trends
