The company is expanding its products and entering the paint market. We are looking for Front End Sales Professional, who acts as an interface between the company and the customer and engages in customer relationship management and business development. This role is responsible for meeting the sales targets in a defined territory and managing receivables.
This position is for the Paint/Tiles Adhesive/Construction Chemicals/Sanitary/Building Material Industry (Project & Retail sales)
Desired Candidate Profile
A. Sales Target:
Meet sales targets for products and adjacencies (individually or through a small team) Micro sales planning and sales forecasting Make timely collections and ensure account reconciliation Raise credit notes
B. Market Development:
Gather market intelligence for competition tracking Retain existing customers (dealers), Engage in network expansion and channel management Implement market initiatives Engage in demand generation activities/ promotional activities
C. Customer Business Development and Relationship Management
Identify business opportunities and generate leads for the company Ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers (dealers) Ensure dealers benefit from various schemes
D. Report
Routine MIS activities (Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork)
Qualifications:
Candidate with prior work experience in the same field
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
