Position Title
The primary role of the Sales & Marketing Executive is to prospect new clients by field visiting, cold
calling, networking, meeting clients or other means of generating interest and getting business from
these clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients
to do business with the company. They must develop a report with new clients, achieve targets forsales
and provide the support needed to improve the relationship with clients. They are also required to grow
and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
Duties and Responsibilities

Following up on inquiries that are being generated by marketing efforts.
Preparing sales & marketing strategies.
Scheduling calls with and work with clients to schedule business meetings

Understand the business plan and sales strategy and ensure attainment of personalsale goals
and profitability.
Increase sales of ONONE products (Franchises Model, Partners Plan, Teachers Onboarding
and Students Onboarding).
Develop and deliversales plans for ONONE.
Create and maintain a sales database for ONONE.
