Responsibilities :- Call our potential learners and acquire them to be active on our platform. You will be responsible to handle 150-200 calls per day and activate 10-15 users on our platform. Counsel parents and students for our platform. Go the extra mile to meet the activation quota on our platform and facilitate future sales. Requirements :- Proven experience as a counsellor, outbound calling , client servicing - Good communication and presentation skills- Proficient in English and Hindi- Skilled in convincing , negotiation and dealing with clients- Persistent and results-oriented.
Job Responsibilities
?Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people.
?Receiving Inbound /calls and counselling for Courses.
?Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert into the admission.
?Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselings as per the timelines
? Imediate Joiner's. He/She will be leading the fast growing activation team and shall be accountable for the achievement of activation and profitability targets through this channel.
Key Skills Required:
Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Self-motivated and self-directed
1. Proven experience of leading customer success/activation teams
2. EDTECH/Telesales / Call Center background would be an added advantage.
Working Days : 6 days working including Saturday and Sunday
Undergraduate and graduate both are eligible .
