Sales Management
• The candidate will be responsible for maximizing the sales outreach, crafting sales plans, and executing the plans.
• Responsible for Understanding the brand objectives and accordingly drive the sales of the company.
• Key participate in the discussions revolving around sales outreach plans.
• Responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities and ensuring participation of the brand at such venues / events / stores, etc.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence across the area.
• Strategic tie ups with various marketplaces to ensure maximum reach and visibility.
• Increase shelf space and product recall by way of ensuring wide physical reach of the products.
• The candidate will be solely responsible for the sales objectives.
• Ability to track, collate and interpret sales figures and present the same to management.
• Follow up with senior manager to get the work done wherever necessary
• Performing all relatable work (reports/presentation) about sales/projects on behalf of senior manager

• The candidate should have project management skills apart from the actualities and should have ability in handling the projects that takes place in the territory
