Job Description

) Be in touch with existing Customers continuously & procure Follow-up Orders

2) Strategic Planning & it's implementation to generate New Customers in coordination with CEO

3) Daily Planning & Follow-up for Target Achievements

4) Daily Review Meetings for Target Achievements

5) Daily Reporting on Target Achievements

6) Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly Reconciliations about Despatches, Confirming & Reporting of same

7) Ensure, Confirm & Report timely GRN registration done in Customers systems

8) Payment Collections from Customers

9) Ensure dispatch process & its documentation

10) Monthly visits with Customers for eradication of Debit Notes

11) Procure Inventory Information periodically for future Sale Targets

12) Collection of Customer Feedbacks bi-monthly

13) Lead the Sales personnel and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
