1. Position objective
We are looking for someone to grow our e-commerce business by improving the customer
experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining all the digital platforms. The
candidate would need to conduct data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and
manages relationships with business partners. In addition, the candidate would need to
support sales co-ordination for our Modern Trade business.
2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Critical Accountabilities, Major Activities)
E-Commerce
Creating and Managing Listings on eCommerce platforms
Driving the sales from the dedicated key accounts
Promotional campaign planning & management
Category and competitor pricing analysis
Managing relationships with Account managers of respective accounts
Optimizing listings with accurate product information, images, pricing and placement
to increase sales and maximize revenue
Reporting on the effectiveness of promotional activities
Generating out of stock report, bestselling products report, runout stock report brand
by brand on daily basis
Support customer care emails and calls and also support social media campaigns
Assist with other special projects not limited to the E-Commerce team
Modern Trade Sales Co-ordination
Prepare quotation on SAP
Prepare enquiry report
Updating old & new customer database
Book sales orders on SAP

Order acknowledgement to customer
Dispatch follow up
Customer compliant reporting
3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from any background
Relevant Experience
2-5 years of experience in related field
Skills
Experience of working on ERP or SAP is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and to operate as part of a team
Proficient using latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and web
searches
Self-starter with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is must
