1. Position objective
We are looking for someone to grow our e-commerce business by improving the customer
experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining all the digital platforms. The
candidate would need to conduct data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and
manages relationships with business partners. In addition, the candidate would need to
support sales co-ordination for our Modern Trade business.
2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Critical Accountabilities, Major Activities)
E-Commerce
ï‚· Creating and Managing Listings on eCommerce platforms
ï‚· Driving the sales from the dedicated key accounts
ï‚· Promotional campaign planning & management
ï‚· Category and competitor pricing analysis
ï‚· Managing relationships with Account managers of respective accounts
ï‚· Optimizing listings with accurate product information, images, pricing and placement
to increase sales and maximize revenue
ï‚· Reporting on the effectiveness of promotional activities
ï‚· Generating out of stock report, bestselling products report, runout stock report brand
by brand on daily basis
ï‚· Support customer care emails and calls and also support social media campaigns
ï‚· Assist with other special projects not limited to the E-Commerce team
Modern Trade Sales Co-ordination
ï‚· Prepare quotation on SAP
ï‚· Prepare enquiry report
ï‚· Updating old & new customer database
ï‚· Book sales orders on SAP

ï‚· Order acknowledgement to customer
ï‚· Dispatch follow up
ï‚· Customer compliant reporting
3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from any background
Relevant Experience
ï‚· 2-5 years of experience in related field
Skills
ï‚· Experience of working on ERP or SAP is preferred
ï‚· Ability to communicate effectively and to operate as part of a team
ï‚· Proficient using latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and web
searches
ï‚· Self-starter with attention to detail
ï‚· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is must
