Responsibilities-

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.

Provide guidance, training, and support to improve their sales skills and performance. Set clear sales objectives, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations.

Develop sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue from national tender opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with customers participating in national tenders. Understand their needs, challenges, and tender requirements.

Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and take corrective actions as needed.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Requirements-

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Proficiency in English).

In-depth knowledge of the national tendering process in India, including regulations and compliance requirements.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
