Responsibilities-
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to improve their sales skills and performance. Set clear sales objectives, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue from national tender opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers participating in national tenders. Understand their needs, challenges, and tender requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Requirements-
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Proficiency in English).
• In-depth knowledge of the national tendering process in India, including regulations and compliance requirements.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
