Handle the Entire lead Management Process
• Follow up on leads / Enquiries Assigned.
• Understand and assess Client requirements & interest levels clearly, create Quotes / Proposals as per client requirements
• Follow Up for further development and closure
• Connect via Voice and Email with Prospects / Enquiries generated by the company's marketing campaigns.
• Conduct Primary and Secondary Research to identify Potential Prospects and Key Stakeholders within these organizations
• Develop and grow the Sales Pipeline to consistently meet Monthly / Quarterly Revenue Goals.
• Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
• Participate in weekly sales team meetings
• Sales Reports
• Work Together as a Team. Achievement of sales targets.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Field Sales Executives.
• Build strategic relationships to achieve referrals
• Prepare and Analyse Sales Pipeline Reports and Dashboards on CRM
• Engage with prospective clients through Newsletters and Social Media posts.
• Maintain with Channel Partners to build Pipeline and Close Deals.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Graduate from any stream Preferably BMS / BBA with Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience in the leading Inside sales / lead generation / Market research team
• Experience in telemarketing and / or inside sales
• Demonstrated ability to meet and / or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and Analytical Skills.
• Excellent in Written and Spoken English and spoken Hindi & Marathi.
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
