Handle the Entire lead Management Process
Follow up on leads / Enquiries Assigned.
Understand and assess Client requirements & interest levels clearly, create Quotes / Proposals as per client requirements
Follow Up for further development and closure
Connect via Voice and Email with Prospects / Enquiries generated by the company's marketing campaigns.
Conduct Primary and Secondary Research to identify Potential Prospects and Key Stakeholders within these organizations
Develop and grow the Sales Pipeline to consistently meet Monthly / Quarterly Revenue Goals.
Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
Participate in weekly sales team meetings
Sales Reports
Work Together as a Team. Achievement of sales targets.
Maintain consistent communication with the Field Sales Executives.
Build strategic relationships to achieve referrals
Prepare and Analyse Sales Pipeline Reports and Dashboards on CRM
Engage with prospective clients through Newsletters and Social Media posts.
Maintain with Channel Partners to build Pipeline and Close Deals.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Graduate from any stream Preferably BMS / BBA with Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales
Experience using CRM systems.
Experience in the leading Inside sales / lead generation / Market research team
Experience in telemarketing and / or inside sales
Demonstrated ability to meet and / or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and Analytical Skills.
Excellent in Written and Spoken English and spoken Hindi & Marathi.
Strong listening and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience preferable in a Results Oriented Sales Environment. Demonstrated experience selling to Purchase Managers / Procure
