Job Description
1. Customer-Centric Salesperson and should provide tailor made service as per patient’s requirement and health condition.
2. Meeting doctors at different hospitals/Clinics to sell Care First Services.
3. Meeting Corporate HR and Admin to do tie-up for Medical room services and providing home care services to their employees.
4. Ensure 100% target achievement within given timelines.
5. Create and maintain brand image and build a strong customer base.
6. Should be the face of the company and resolve customer’s issues and take feedback regularly for better service quality.
7. Provide Innovative ideas and initiatives to improve the overall business and customer experience.
8. Generate leads through regular interactions with Key Stakeholders within hospitals & clinics.
9. Should have a good bonding with Support other teams to ensure smooth execution of leads.
10. Should have an understanding of P/L, Net Margins, and Gross Margins
11. Should have sound judgment capability and ensure balance between Patient’s expectations and Company Profitability.
12. Should be a keen learner with maturity to learn from all persons and situations.
13. Willing to upgrade Knowledge and Skills and drive personal and organizational growth.
Experience required in/Preferred Candidates should have
Home health care sales Experience/Good Specialist doctor Network/Good Corporate Network
Sales planning and execution skills
Strong understanding of products and services in home health care
Great Communication/Interpersonal skills
Team Player
Should have experience in Developmental sales
Ability to work under high-pressure situations
Good Corporate and Doctors Network
Self-motivated person with strong listening skills
Strong verbal skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Strong written skills in English.
