Post: Business Development Executive.
Qualification: MBA in Marketing/Sales/International Business.
Location: Lucknow
Role – This role requires a young and dynamic Business Development Executive who will be required to manage clients effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties.
• Building profitable relationships with Clients.
• Generating leads for the business through effective communication.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• To recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits.
• Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Strong follow-ups with the client.
• Accomplishing the set targets for this profile.
• Have strong business acumen to develop the business strategies and implement them.
Skills and qualities needed in the candidate:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Good command of English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
• A bike, Passport Laptop, and a valid Driving License are a must.
• Good Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Local area knowledge of Lucknow in depth. Natives of Lucknow will be preferred.
Preferred Qualification:
• Graduate/MBA/PGDM
• At least 50% throughout the academics.
