Responsibilities:
Selling Personal Care items to prospective customers
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize customer satisfaction
Achieve sales targets within the time.
Sales target achievements- monthly/ quarterly/ yearly for volume growth and productivity.
Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/ RSM/ ZSM
Daily reporting and feedback on customer calls.
Liquidation of existing stocks.
Empanelling new Secondary Customers / Doctors / Dealers/Retailers.
Branding / Marketing of the Company.
Identification of Secondary Partners’ consumption patterns.
Monitoring stocks (Company and competition).
Monitoring of the Company’s services.
Monitoring of competitors’ activities and trends.
Preparing and presenting regular progress & information reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
strong sales skills, energy level, and Dedication.
Professional and positive approach, self-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong Verbal and Written Communication skills in Bengali, English, and Hindi (Any other language will be an added advantage).
Strong business acumen and market orientation skills.
2-3 years of experience in field sales.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
good time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Office packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
