• Fluent in speaking (if english is good that is more preferable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Keeping the customer updated about product modifications and new features.
• Assessing the needs of customers and guiding them through their queries or issues.
• Working in cooperation with the customer support team to provide top-quality customer service.
• Actively generating new leads and work on them until converted to sales.
• Achieving monthly /annual sales targets.
• Updating and managing CRM regularly.
